Owen Sullivan is President, Specialty Brands, for ManpowerGroup where he serves multiple roles including CEO of Right Management and Experis, as well as leader of ManpowerGroup’s Global Sales organization.
In 2003, Owen joined ManpowerGroup as CEO of its professional services subsidiary, Jefferson Wells, which specialized in Internal Audit, Finance & Accounting, Tax and Technology Risk Management. In 2004, he was named Executive Vice President of ManpowerGroup, and accepted additional responsibility as CEO of Right Management. Right Management operates in 53 countries and is the global market leader in outplacement as well as a global leader in organizational development. Owen assumed leadership in 2007 of ManpowerGroup’s global sales operations and global accounts which manages the company’s largest global clients. In 2010 he accepted responsibility for Experis, a $3.5 billion global business which places skilled professionals in the areas of IT, Engineering, Finance and Healthcare. Jefferson Wells was integrated into Experis in 2010.
Before joining ManpowerGroup, Sullivan worked as a management consultant with several venture capitalists and private equity groups, building strategic plans and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Prior to that, he served as President of the Financial Services Group of Metavante Corporation, as well as President of Metavante’s Enterprise Solutions Group.
Owen finds time for commitments outside of work and currently serves on various Boards of Directors including Journal Communications, Ministry HealthCare, Medical College of Wisconsin and the Children’s Hospital and Healthcare System of Wisconsin.
He is a native of Boston, Mass., a graduate of Marquette University and has completed several advanced Business Management Programs through Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
