Want to know who will be getting a birthday email from you this week? Who received an annual review reminder from you the past month? Who’s been opening your emails?
Set up a notification report! Here’s how…
Steps
-
Click on "Settings" then "Notifications"
-
Click "Create New"
-
Complete the details of your notification & click "Save"
- Name your notification clearly
- Choose who you want to receive the notification
- NOTE: Only “team members” can receive notifications. Go to Settings > Team Members to add someone to be able to send them the notifications.
- Choose frequency of notifications
- NOTE: If you choose daily, you will receive 1 day’s worth of data in each notification. Same for weekly – you will get 1 week’s worth of data at a time. To get more data, you can set up multiple notifications.
- Click “Save”
-
Click "Add data"
-
Select type of data
- Contacts: Coming soon
- Email posts: get notifications based on specific email posts you already sent or have scheduled. Best used for categories of emails, like who has engaged with any of your emails that you categorized as ‘life insurance.’
- Campaigns – MOST POPULAR. Get notifications for a specific campaign. Best used for getting notified of who will be getting a birthday email from you or who already did.
-
Decide if you want to be notified in advance, or after the fact
Best practice is to be notified of birthdays in advance – that way, you can wish them happy birthday if you happen to connect with them in the next week.
Best practice is to be notified of annual review reminders after they received theirs. The notification is a good prompt that now you should follow up if they haven’t scheduled their review yet.
-
Select appropriate campaign, email post(s), or categories
Ex: If you want birthday notifications, select the Birthday Email Campaign.
-
ACTIVATE!
Click ‘Activate,’ and choose when you’d like to start your notifications. Once activated, watch your email for your notification. It comes from realwealth@worbix.com.
