Steps
-
Login
Go to RealWealth.Worbix.com & enter your credentials
-
Click "Contacts"
Located on the left in the blue menu
-
Click "Actions" then "Integrate"
Located on top right of the screen.
-
Connect your Redtail Account
Click “Login” and enter your REDTAIL credentials.
-
Click "Add Configuration"
Located on the top right of the screen.
-
Name your configuration
We suggest using the ‘DID – NEXT’ naming convention. For example, if you’re using this configuration to add all of your clients & prospects to your Real Wealth® Weekly drip campaign, the “did” is that they became a client or prospect, and the “next” is that you’re going to send them RWW. So the name of this configuration would be “Prospects & Clients – Send RWW”. That way at a glance, you know what this configuration is doing without having to click through and see what is going on.
-
Select appropriate fields
All the fields in the top section are from your REDTAIL account. Select which Redtail contacts you want to bring over to your marketing account for this configuration. In this example, we’re selecting anyone who has a REDTAIL contact status of “Prospect” or “Client.”
-
Toggle to TRUE
Turn the toggle to “TRUE” to be able to add an action in your marketing account for these specific clients. After you select “TRUE,” your marketing account fields will appear.
-
Apply marketing action
Choose whichever field(s) make sense for this configuration, and set to desired value. For this example, we are choosing to set all Prospects’ & Clients’ subscriptions to “Weekly” so they will get our drip campaign.
-
Click "Save"
Allow your configuration to save and load for 15-30 minutes. It is general good practice to check several contacts to verify that they are correct according to your integration. For example, in your marketing account, you can pull a segment of any prospects or clients who are subscribed to weekly, and see if that number looks correct to you. We suggest waiting to use that new configuration until you have verified that the information has all carried over.
