CHECKING AN EMAIL'S ANALYTICS: Step 1
Log into your Real Wealth® System.

Step 2
If you would like to see the analytics for one of the complimentary emails that we send out for you (i.e. a podcast email holiday email, annual review email, etc.) hover over “posts” and click on “campaigns.”
If you are checking the analytics of an email you created using our system, hover over “posts” and click “email posts.”

Step 3
Enter the campaign that has the email you would like to see analytics for. For example, if it’s a podcast email, click on the “Real Wealth Weekly” or “Real Wealth Monthly” campaign.
If it’s for the email you created, click on the email itself.

Step 4
Click on the specific email you would like to view analytics for.

Step 5
Click on the “audience” tab. From here, you can see analytics. If you are looking for a specific thing such as who all opened the email or who has clicked on it, you can use the blue “sort” button and click your desired options.

CHECKING INDIVIDUAL CLIENT ANALYTICS: Step 1
If you want to see the analytics of a specific individual, follow these directions:
Click on “contacts” on the left hand panel. When your contact list shows, type in the specific individual’s first name, last name, or email address to find them. Click on their contact record and click “analytics.” From here, you can also use the “sort” button to search for specific actions.
