Nicole started her career as a Chiropractor with her husband Roger in Freeport, Illinois. After their third child was born, helping nonprofits thrive become her passion. With over 20 years of volunteer experience, board appointments, and owning a small business, Nicole recognized the gap between companies who value community engagement and nonprofits that desperately need them.
