Gina Pellegrini is the owner of Pellegrini Team Consulting, a Minneapolis-based firm specializing in the art of appointment scheduling. Gina has two primary services; The Revenue Resource, a group training series for working the client base and sharpening the telephone skills of an internal scheduler, and The Virtual Scheduler, a scheduling solution that delegates all scheduling to our Relationship Managers to fill the weekly calendar. Her products include Let Go & Lead!, Take Initiative & Succeed!, The Appointment Scheduler, The Conversation Starter, and The Hiring Advantage. Gina has been featured in several trade magazines and has spoken at MDRT, NAIFA, Ed Slott, and various business venues.

A professional with broad experience, Gina has worked within the financial services industry for over 40 years. She was an administrative/marketing assistant to a top producer in Chicago for 17 years before starting her own consulting firm 25+ years ago. Gina capitalizes on her special background, and time within the industry, to encourage financial advisors to elevate their business into a well-oiled machine by turning prospects into clients and clients into referrers. Gina is also a coach for Strategic Coach.
